in NJ its automatically my fault for rear-ending the guy in my accident.

Thats funny because he was speeding, i wasnt. He stopped DEAD on a two lane road (my lane and opposing) to make a left turn into my works parking lot.

Theres on-coming traffic so when i swerve left im forced back into my lane, and i swerve right to find a parked truck. Plus the roads are wet, so with nowhere to go my mustang gets FUCKED up, and IM the problem.

fuckiong ******* drivers, good thing i got off with no points. My coworkers that were outside testified to my reaction times, etc.

I'm going to fight (not in a literal sense) with the cop when I get back from NY, where I'll be picking up my new TII that I have to pay a shitload of insurance on because of this.

Exactly.

Unique: The damage doesnt look too bad, but im sure you can milk the insurance for this. My dad got hit in a parking lot and got $800 from about a 3 inch diameter dent, which we then pulled out ourselves, and used the money for other toys.

Good luck

Ouch forgot that they would nail you for the insurance on the next TII. Think you'll be able to do anything about it seeing as this was a year or so ago now?

Pity you never could hunt that guy down . . .

ok. what an Idiot cop. The tailights alone are over $300.00. when you go to court you should get reciepts from mazda for tailights, bumpers, the locking mechanizm for the hatch etc etc. bring a diagram of the street and what happened. also get a copy of the accident report and read thoroughly before getting to court and highlight all the cops false statements because there will be. I was arrested for reckless years ago paid my fines and forgot it. 4 yrs after I got a copy of the report and the cop (*******) filled it with false info. I new I was wrong and took my medicine but when I read what that pig wrote I got pissed, 4 yrs after though, cant do anything.
