Now that the jokes have been vomited out. What really happened? I cant believe that a cop, even a woman cop would let someone go after rear ending someone and not having insurance. something sounds fishy? whats the whole story?

You have full insurance? If so, they should be providing your attorney.

It's a Maryland state law that if you are involved in a rear end collision accident, The driver of the rear vehicle is automatically at fault. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should move to Maryland. The same thing happened to Rikki about three years or so ago. The guy was sitting at a light, some old man plowed into him doing 60mph. Him and his girl were cut from the car (Fd #1) His girl took the first offer of 9k to go away and not sue, Ryan held out and I belive that he got nearly 35 k out of it. Get this Ryan is so retarded though he paid off his RX8. Why the **** would anyone do that considering your going to have car payments the rest of you life? Why throw away 30k that you didn't need to? Anyway sorry about your luck.
