do i need to stay out of the kills section







i'm seeing alot of people bragging about doing 120 +mph on public roads





im no angel but i dont do that enough to brag about it in the kills section

Exactly, school zones are drug free, and people only have to do 20 when children are present. It makes no determination about high speed contests when children are not around what so ever.
