MY QUESTION IS - WHERE DO I START ??? WHAT DO I CHECK FOR FIRST TO GET THIS THING RUNNING ??? I GOT THE CAR TO TURN OVER, AND THATS IT ! I HEAR ALOT OF INTERFERANCE IN THE RADIO SPEAKERS WHEN I CLOSE THE POWER ROOF AND USE OTHER OPTIONS, AND WHEN I TURN THE KEY TO ACCESORY, THE TACK JUMPS TO 3000 AND ITS NOT EVEN RUNNING ???

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP GUYS, TO TRY AND GET THIS THING RUNNING, OR AT LEAST KNOW WHERE TO START TROUBLESHOOTING.

Well, the radio interferance is probably caused by a bad ground. The tach??? is probably the same deal. Minor electrical demons.

Had it running but it would stall?? My guesses here, Vacuum leak, TPS sensor? Those are the first things I'd check!

Good Luck!

Anyone else. . . .

Lift the hood. Take the cover off of the fuse holder (just north of the battery). Pull out the fuse for the fuel injector. Attempt to start the car for 10 or so seconds. Put the fuse back in. The car should now start.

that only works if the engine is flooded

Check for loose connection from the air flow meter to the throttle body, that hose MUST be tight, and no cracks in that black plastic hose, make sure the AFM is actually plugged in as someone can knock the plug out by accident, its located right near where the air cleaner is, behind it actually. Someone who doesnt know what they are doing might have also tried adjusting the idle, and turned the TPS by accident- this is also common. By the way you can also floor the gas pedal when you start it and it will stop fuel going to the engine so it wont flood, you said it turns over- does the engine crank over really fast, like a engine with no spark plugs? A rotory engine will 'lose' compression when it sits, you have to pull the fuel pump fuse, get it to turn over until it sounds normal, then put the fuel pump fuse back in.
