A friend of mine had a pit bull-black lab mix. That dog was very well-tempered. The amazing thing about him is that he loved to play fetch, and that dog could literally carry a tree in his jaws--he was that strong. Seriously, large tree limbs, eight foot two-by-fours, whatever. That dog could carry it.

that sounds like a really awesome mix.

the strength and determination of a pit with the smarts and behavior of a black lab.
