I only got 477kbps. Goddamn cable company.

 

4.7 megs a second. cool, It says I'm like twice as fast as a t1 line.

 

I dunno LOL. The monitor should be here soon, but in the meantime we got my dad a new computer, so the home network is now within reach.

 

I would throw my computer out the window rather then go

back to dial up.

I second that!!! I freaking hate my compaq....I met a guy from Compaq after I bought my comp. He said only 1 out of every 3 they build pass inspections. If they don't pass a second time they sometimes ship it out anyway. I think i got one of those!!

 

i think i got somwhere around 4 on that test a while ago...
