Well I went to the junk yard today. But this time instead of looking for motor mounts for our good friend repu, I went this time to get myself one of the fabulous headlight switches for the FCs. While I was gutting the dash of a vert there I noticed a stock Pioneer CD player. I know a while back someone was asking about these things. Well I found one if you want it... who ever you are...

 

Did you actually buy it? is it the one that has a CD and Tape Player?

 

what other kinds of parts are on that thing? i need center console, ds window switch (if its an s5), column surround, and a wheel cap if its got em. please let me know. thanks

Aye aye, same place. Most of the interior stuff is still there, its a little dusty, but should be good with a little TLC. The car is blue with blue leather interior. I dunno if there was a tape player, I just saw the CD slot and got all excited, then continued to try and pry that damn switch out of the console plastic thingy. i need center console, ds window switch (if its an s5), column surround, and a wheel cap if its got em. please let me know. thanks I'll check again tomorrow for the things that you asked for shane, since the place is like 1 mi away from my school. I wasn't really lookin for things other than that switch. But oddly enough there was a pressure plate and a driveshaft in the backseat, along with the stock air box.



And yeppers Repu, this is the same place. Tell me whatcha need and I'll see if they have it. The vert is an S5 and they have an S4 5 lug auto there. It has cloth seats so i think its an SE.

 

****.. Now I want to go there.. do they get verts alot.. ? Damn.... I need a center console too.. Geez..



Well I guess I will have to go there myself and have a look.. .. Probably lots of little things I am forgetting..



ok Streetrally, did they have the cover that covers the spare tire behind the seats?

 

ummmmm... there was a lot of **** on top of the seats in the back, so I couldn't really see to well, and i didn't really take note of it. I'm pretty sure that all of the interior was there. How bout this, I take some pics for you guys and I post em up tomorrow. The top seemed like it was in pretty good shape too. But I swooped the headlight switch from it, so forget that. Its mine! MINE! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!



As for drivetrain it was all gone... unless you want to consider the driveshaft (which I don't even know if it went to the car).



Oh, and that is the only vert there. I talked to the guy who owns the place and he said that its pretty rare when they get RX-7s, and that they got lucky to have two on the lot.
