I actually hope he does really well. If he has the physical fitness and skill to handle an F1 car I think driving around in circles is like falling off a log for him.
do you remember the nascar/f1 switch they did with geoff gordone (his f1 name), Jpm hopped into the nascar and was like 1 second off, and geoff was way off going from the nascar to the f1
Its possible that Jaques Villeneuve might make a NASCAR switch at the end of this season as well.
"Canadian Jacques Villeneuve, facing an uncertain future with the BMW Sauber team, is reported to be actively seeking a NASCAR situation."
NASCAR race in Canada perhaps?

Just an FYI, SPEED TV is going to re-broadcast "Trading Paint" which was originally shown in 2003, this friday night.
For those that haven't seen it originally, Jeff Gordon and JPM switch cars (F1 & NASCAR) and compare their differences. Its pretty good, and its really funny to watch Jeff Gordon try to keep the Williams F1 car on the track!!

if i recall correctly, it was the other way around. gordon was just over a second slower than montoya in the f1 car.

not a big nascar fan, but i respect it alot more than any of the racing that any of us do.

Oh yeah, he got better as the day wore on, but if you watch the first part of it, he has a few off track incidents.
