Mmkay, so you start by strapping him down by his wrists and ankles with leather straps. You then remove his clothing by cutting it off and disposing it with the rest of the biohazzard crap because this is one sick pedophile you're dealing with. Grab your trusty (And very rusty) dull single-edged razor blade and start making deep, but small slits all over his arms, legs and chest. Hire a homeless dude with infected fingernails to stretch the wounds open as you pour battery acid and then rock salt into the wounds. Grab yourself a small butane hand torch and carterize the wounds shut.

If this doesn't already have him screaming for death, you must resort to all out torture. Using hedge clippers, cut off the pedophiles you-know-what, leaving the family jewels attached. This way, he'll always be craving but he just can't get any release.

When you're all done, cut the tips of his fingers in half and shove him out of the inmate van at 70mph...if he lives, he'll go into the woods and kill himself.
