Jobs

Construction isn't a bad job to have. Just be smart and save money, and you can start your own crew without much trouble.
Don't let people discourage you from real estate. There is TONS of money to be made in the field. Tag along with a SUCCESSFUL and experienced real estate agent that doesn't mind helping you out. You'll be able to tell from that if its for you or not.
Start a lawn care service. you can start small and build up.
the possibilites are endless. no matter what you do, I reccoment setting aside some money and saving up to get a degree.

no you don't. Get a specialized degree. if you just get a general business degree, a job will be very dificult to find. too many people get a business degree, the job market is flooded with them.
