i like these things.. i fantasize about the idea of finding a rear ended jeep at an auction and doin this conversion..

I like the Brute also. Now just if Jeep got off their *** and made the Gladiator, the world be a better place.

By that you mean it uses hybrid technology and has a really small carbon footprint?

i say a diesel would be good.. the new grand cherokee crd has gotten good reviews it seems.. that gladiator concept was nice.. these AEV guys have gotten recognition by the automaker though.. they make good stuff.. but pricey..

The price is not that bad for what you are getting. And yeah, the Cherokee and Liberty CRD are getting some good reviews. I really like the CRD Liberty. It can tow quite a bit for that size of an SUV.

yeah.. they are pricey but like you said.. you get what you pay for. no more liberty crd here though.. isnt that dumb.. maybe next year though..

No CRD Liberty? They sold well, at least when I was selling them, sold about 10 of them to people who drove nothing but diesels.

yeah for some reason they took out that one.. but now you can get the grand cherokee crd.

yeah, cherokee CRD gets 400 miles to the tank? not to bad. i don't know if the MPG outweighs the extra cost of diesel though.
