We've banged around the idea before, the java chat applet is $49.95 is there any interest in a "Nopistons.com JAVA/irc chatroom"???

I think they tried that at the other place. It was nice, but no one was ever in there. Ill lay down $5 for one though.

You would be able to use MIRC on the IRC channel. But the Java applet is encessary if it is going to get any use.



We already have a channel at newnet, we just need the JAVA applet so people will use it.... that's theory anyhow.

Depends on the version, speed and stability of the Java applet. Most of the chat applets pretty much suck, tho I have seen some good ones.
