I went from lil over a pack a day habit to 2 cigs a day about a month ago.. No smokes for the past 2 days for me.... it's been a high stress weekend for me anyway, and without my smokes.... i'm running out of sanity.



Anyone else quit smoking lately?

me, been like a month and a half hehe i just threw my pack out the window one day and i feel fine, food tastes funny and i miss smoking but i guess im healthier and thats what matters right? just dont smoke haha dont try to ween yourself off cause it will never work.. the gum is ok but food is better haha! if youre gonna eat to cure you habit eat very small frequent meals it will either keep you from gaining weight or make you lose weight because it forces you to keep your metabolism up and working constantly

i quit smoking about 2 months ago, 3 days later i was smoking more than ever, trying to cut down again, im proud down to half a pack a day

I feel your pain, my wife just quit and now I have to quit, we decided it would be best if we were to quit at different times so the chance of murdering each other was just a little bit lower.

i have half a pack lying in the garage tool box.... it's all i can do to not go out there and smoke one right now.

just gotta fight threw the urges, only reason i picked it up aight, was



1. girlfriend left em for some fat bastard

2. dad threw me out of the house

3. lived out of my rx7 for 3 days

4. cause i had 5 bucks for smokes



but yea, if u really wanna quit, just go cold turkey, its the best way
