We have this widescrean TV, 38" or 42", I'm not sure. It has a "picture-in-picture" feature, you know, so you can watch 2 channels. Well, you can also make both pictures the same size, which I call split-screen (each like 18" or 19"). I recently found out that we can play Gamecube on one screen, and PS2 on the other! So she can play Animal Crossing, and I can play GT3 at the same time! We've been doing this the last couple nights, and it really is like spending quality time with each other, sitting next to each other playing video games.

It also prevents you from having to actually SPEAK to each other at the same time! Right on!!

 

Yeah.. I want one of those tvs, the flat panel ones.. that is pretty cool..

actually, it's a 6.1, but few media have the center rear channel (we were told), so we don't have that installed. I have yet to play GT3 with the sound system, I ought to try that.

 

It's awesome with the sub on. You get huge wind noise, then when you come behind a car to draft them it gets all quiet. It's cool.
