Not really, they aren't really all that hidden, there is one located near my Aunt's old house. They have signage and everything that says secure military facility, etc, etc... It's pretty hard to hide even though they are underground. It's mainly so they are safe from bombs.

Why would I detonate explosives if I could be racing. Everyone can come and race for free if they are my friends.

I would charge you though. 20 bucks a lap, asshat!
