good idea: taking a rwd vehicle off-road, to do some super-fun donuts in dirt 
bad idea: driving around a long curve on a dirt road, and thinking, "hhmmm...I wonder if I can drift..." Then breaking the rear wheels loose, fishtailing, spinning 180, then smacking the rear end into a 1' dirt emabankment
