Do service managers actually show up at work, or is it just a title they throw around... Ive been trying to get a hold of the service manager at the mazda dealership here for 2 days.

ours is here 745amish to 530pm. his goal is to leave at 5....

only time ive worked without a service manager full time is when they have 1 guy do 2 stores.
