im not a fan of vinegar based hot sauces but i did find this brand of hot sauce that is a decent level of hot and has no vinegar but has the consistency and look of like a tabasco or louisana... its called like tapatio

lol. try chalupa also Colin, it is good. not water based either, it is a thick sauce, and it has decent kick to it. i throw it on hot pockets. it is the ******* shizznizzle.
