George Bush has had 8 years to drive this country to ruin, and the Democrats want equal time and refuse to be outdone. Time to batten down the hatches!

I find barack annoying to listen too, he's good at the double talk and rhetoric, but he never says anything. The dems will not get 8, only 4 and then at least only 4 with full control. They are on a sinking ship with a bilge pump that can't keep up.

Kerry was GW lite, he's a ******* idiot and I don't why it takes him so long to agree with GW, how he thought he could win a campaign by agreeing with running mate is beyond me, he's *** clown.

Pelosi should be hung for treason and california should reprimanded for voting for her, like they lose a senate seat for 2 years or something.

Anyone who voted for the patriot act should hung for treason along with anyone who voted for the bank bailout.

The republic ended when the patriot act was signed, we have failed to uphold the fundamentals our forefathers fought for. We should have felt compelled to fight for every last bit of the constitution to be upheld. do any americans even know what's in the constitution? Furthermore we should have felt compelled to uphold the original 10 amendments (the bill of rights).

IF you as an american have not read the original constitution and the bill of rights then you should. These are the things our forefathers fought and gave their lives for.

Section 7. All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

Interesting....

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

* Second Amendment – Right to keep and bear arms.

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

* Third Amendment – Protection from quartering of troops.

* Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

* Fifth Amendment – due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, eminent domain.

No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

* Sixth Amendment – Trial by jury and rights of the accused; Confrontation Clause, speedy trial, public trial, right to counsel

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

* Seventh Amendment – Civil trial by jury.

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

* Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment.

actually that is a great point about obama. i was refering to him being easy to listen to, but you DO have to pay attention, he really has a tricky way of wording things.

when the bluegoiavich thing happened, obama said something like 'i havent talked to him about that subject' but maybe they did it over email? or maybe it was obamas peeps or something... so its factually right, obama himself didnt do it...

We're just not used to someone who has a grasp on the english language, we've been listening to dubya who couldn't form a complete sentance or even a thought if his life depended on it, he truly wasn't saying anything important because he did not have the ability to do so.

Obama is a master of the rhetoric, he can take several minutes to answer a simple question and odds are 90% of the people listening either forgot what the question was or were unable to decipher what his answer was. Many times because he simply didn't give an answer. Clinton was the same way "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" well he didn't (well he prolly did but who ******* cares) he just got a blow job.

You see bush needed flashy objects, smoke, mirrors, lady jumping out of a cake, chimp riding a tiny bicycle... things like that to distract you from the fact that he was picking you pockets. Clinton was patting you on the back and saying something friendly while he picked your pockets. Obama will merely smile at you and say something that you won't realise until later equaled "I am picking your pockets right now while we have this conversation and you don't even know it, now you are sucking my dick and later you will wonder what that sticky stuff in your hair is".
