My wife and I are the lucky parents of a healthy baby boy born last night just before 11 pm. I've never felt quite this good with only three hours of sleep! All I can say is, you'll never feel anything else quite like it...

and don't worry, your sleep patterns will adjust! I went from 7.5 hours a night to 5.5, and I'm doing grzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
