yeah PA would have automatically suspended your licence, though the fine would not have been as large.

I was the first to pass the unmarked Intrepid. At this point the Civic was several car lengths behind. In this state they automatically give you a ticket if your not wearing one if you get pulled over for any reason. "Click it or ticket" crap.



dont you just wish you would have known that you were leaving him when he was at top speed... before you decided to slow down and pull over.

Cause my TII is on jack stands right now. And Civics are not worthy of racing a TII.

Hire an attorney and have him/her talk to the ADA in charge of your case. Having worked on both sides of this fence I can tell you that an attorney, that knows the ADA and judge, has a much better chance of getting the charge reduced than you do representing yourself (it's an old boy network type of thing).
