yeah PA would have automatically suspended your licence, though the fine would not have been as large.

I was the first to pass the unmarked Intrepid. At this point the Civic was several car lengths behind. In this state they automatically give you a ticket if your not wearing one if you get pulled over for any reason. "Click it or ticket" crap.



Well, i was heading into a peninsula. So i wouldnt have gotten too far.



Cause my TII is on jack stands right now. And Civics are not worthy of racing a TII.



Its actually a total of $800. That puts a dent in my Haltech fund.

I think you should figure in a lawyer in the total

 

Hire an attorney and have him/her talk to the ADA in charge of your case. Having worked on both sides of this fence I can tell you that an attorney, that knows the ADA and judge, has a much better chance of getting the charge reduced than you do representing yourself (it's an old boy network type of thing).
