hey i just got ipod shuffle, cuz im tired of having to turn down my music in my office in school for other ppl. So i copped the shuffle cuz its small and compact and cheap $80. Well i charged this **** for over 4 hours and when i go to turn it on the light just goes out. I got songs in there, i can connect it to the pC and hear the song, but when i press play on the ipod, nothing happens

Is it the ipod, is it bad or am i just being a tard in setting this **** up

Thanks

Jason

Could just be the initial charge (hopefully). But do you realize that when you turn it on, the light only comes on for a second or two before going back out? (to show battery life and say "hey, i'm on now") After the light goes out you should be able to hit the play button and have it start.

I remember when the original Sony Walkman came out. A cassette tape player you could wear on your belt and stick headphones on and carry your music with you wherever you go. Obviously a product without a market. It'll never catch on.

I take it it comes with easily navigable and non-invasive software?

it syncs with wmp 11, which i actually like and use and it syncs usb 2.0 as well, no software to install at all if you dont want to, they also have their software, which like i said i have never installed. it syncs perfectly with no headaches, works with the sexbox 360 too

Yeah, that's how mp3 players should be. I'll have to check one out.
