well at work today i went from working on a 85 gsl to a 86 se to a 89 gtu to a 93 r1 to a 04 auto rx8 to a 05 manual 8. now talk about a vast differance with the years of cars. from a 100 hp first gen to an animal of an r1 to a mild mannered auto 8 to a spirited manual 8. talk about alot of fun and though i have driven them all before , hell i have owned an 85 and own the 89 now i never have driven all the generations or worked on them all in the same day. wow how the car has evolved. anyways i got no life so i thought i would share. let the ripps begin now lol.

If we had more of you in the dealerships, I'd feel better about letting the dealership do some work on it.

ya its funny, i have been at this dealer for 3 years now and when i started we only got 1 rx7 in the shop ever for repair, the guy before me was a hack . well i guess word has spread about my dealership and all i have been working on lately is rotary cars, wich is tight ,**** we have cars coming from miles away now, i make good money , make some good freinds out of it and i get left alone to do the work at hand. cant say the same when i was a machinest or even when i work on the other mazda cars in the line up.

I don't see why we don't see more of this anyway. Why don't we have some rotor heads working as a dealership mechanic? You take someone who's already qualified since they're not "scared to open em' up" and put them on payroll. Bam, instant repairs, done right. (And only done when necessary.) You won't see engine swaps for blown vacuum lines anymore.
