Everytime I think about telling my boss to give me the money they pay for my benefits instead of having the insurance I hear about something like this and change my mind.

The ONLY ******* THING I used to use my insurance for, once or twice a year, was for Claratin D, in the spring I get some allergies now and then, and now the **** suckers made it over the counter so insurance no longer covers it, and since its available over the counter any medicine like it isnt covered anymore either. So now I pay $5.99 for 5 pills. ******* bullshit I tell you, its no $6000 mind you, but when the only thing you have gone to the doctor for in years is taken away from you, it sucks.

And here I thought it sucked having to go to the doctor and pay the co-pay just to get the prescription.

If I was in a room with a lawyer and an insurance exec and I had a gun with only one bullet, I'd have a very hard decision to make....

I hear ya I ******* hate insurace companies. That sucks phins, can you make payments on a hospital bill?

phinsup 06-12-2003 01:50 AM

yea payments are no problem, the hospital has been pretty cool with helpin gus out with info and what not. We applied for a deal where all the inpatient stuff could be taken care of, no dr visits post hosp or any of the dr's that came in while she was in the hosp, but the several thousand dollars that we owe for the inpatient being taken care of would relieve a lot of stress on me right now.

Srce 06-12-2003 02:02 AM

Hey Phins, doesn't the Hospice, I mean Hospital have any payment plans or programs for low income (or NO income LOL) families to support their bills?

phinsup 06-12-2003 02:07 AM

Yea you can pretty much pay them whatever you want each month. I could tell them I want to pay $50.00 a month and they would be cool with it. Of course it would 42 years to pay it off, but I could prolly get away with it.

That's great, you can space your payments until we nuke China like I proposed last night. Than the GOVT will give you a huge tax break, and like so you're bailed out. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif
