Yes, insurance companies may make you laugh, but its not a happy laugh. And what's with the brain-dead officer who found you partly responsible for an accident in which the other driver plainly failed to yield to oncoming traffic?



The NJ insurance laws must be the most fucked up in the country. I had heard several years ago that some big names had ceased doing business in the state because it was so screwy.



And that bit about comparitive negligence is the biggest hunk of socialist-motivated "let's reward the unfortunate idiots" crap I've ever heard of. Makes me glad I fled the tax-happy democrat party stronghold years ago.
