Just for an idea of value's sake;

A 1995 FD w/ 80,600 miles on it, bone stock in awsome condition, 5spd, what would you expect to pay? Is 13.5k a steal or a rip off?

take it to Judge ITO and have him inspect it, if he gives it a clean Bill Of Health, then get it. IF you take have a couple of grand stashed away for emergency repairs, RUN AWAY!@!@@@@!!!

I'd say that price is in line. Just like j9fd3s said you better plan on another engine. Especially if your planning on modding it.

IMHO - If your planning on modding just get it rebuilt so you know you have a good strong engine to start with.

Well in order to take it to ITO i would have to buy it :P

Its the original engine and they are faxing me the CARFAX report on monday. so as long as i plan to do an engine rebuild within, say, 15k, ill be ok right? From what i understand 100k is about when the motors tend to die. I can afford to do a rebuild on it but the problem is, i dont know how, so i would need help. And its my DD so it couldnt be "down" for too long in doing it.

I want to go single on it so i know i will need a new rebuild, and a nice little street port wouldnt hurt her.

i would plan on the engine lasting another 5k miles, they tend to go between 65-90k.

carfax is not the end all be all either, you got more pics?
