it seems the media is lumping the illegal and legal immigrants into one category as well.



As far as i am concerned the day you become a citizen you are an american.... not an immigrant, however there is a very important distinction IMHO between a legal and illegal immigrant and huge difference between inmigrants and immigrants.

 

Well my mom came to this country from the Dominican Republic she applied and gotten her citizenship. We were on welfare cuase we had no $$ for food or a place to live. We used it and elevated our family to the point we took ourselves off from welfare own a house in long island, im graduationg college with a Engineering degree, my bros in the Marines and going to school. So just becuase there Illegal immigrants doesnt mean they dont mean well for the US. Some are just ******** and retards that shoudl be deported but if there was a way to educate them on the proper ways of doing things and actually helping them out alil more and there countries helping them. then maybe they wouldnt result in coming here Illegal and would apply for the needed documents if they were well informed and the two countries work together.



I dunno wha tim trying to say just dont say all illegals are bad , cuase there just like everyone else theey want to take care of themselves and there families , which is human nature. The politics will always be a problem
