Damn! Alot of posts in between answers....wait...noone has answered yet. Seiji drives that White EVO IV "MONSTAR" It was not the simulation before the most advanced though....and it has a number.

Good Question....I have not seen that episode for a while, I will get back to you on that one. I can see his face and his outfit and what he drives but I can't remember his name. Japanese names are tough to remember especially when you only hear them once.

no the good crews used stratagies to beat their opponent not just driving skill. oke.. i'm wrong only i think the Akina Speed stars didn't have a stratagie.
