All of them are bootlegged pirated copies out of Hong Kong. Argue with me if you want, but it's the truth. That's why they are so cheap to buy. The first series is the best quality. Some of the DVD's sound and video quality suck. If they were licensed then they would have any video or audio issues that I saw. Overall it's a pretty good cartoon just for the race scenes. Pure entertainment.

Ya, I still kick myself for not picking up the complete DVD box set when I was at BookBox before I left Okinawa.
