Respect the SUGAR, *******.

Double Clutching= Clutch in, shift into neutral, clutch out, rev engine, clutch in, shift into gear, clutch out. Double clutching.

Hmm... Got it. I guess I did know what it was.... Just sounds funny when guys in honda cibics are talking about it...

I had a 72 Ford pickup that I had to shift from first to neutral (thru reverse) and then to second... That's what I thought double clutching was all about.

Just sounds like ricer talk to me

It's mostly used on corner-entry downshifts (with TCS), that way the engine is reved up when you get out of the apex and are ready to EXPLODE out of a turn. TCS is a God sent in those situations unless you're a good driver and wont smoke the rears spinning out.

And you're right, ******* ricers are gonna take all of our great terms, such as torque braking and wheel hop. :bigok:

I'm sorry Justin, I thought you were kidding?

Double clutching is rarely used, As long as you

can rev match you're fine. Double clutching just

ensures you have a gear, as well as a matched

input shaft speed.
