if you have a cell phone you could go to the mall and call her at the store then walk up to her and start talking in person and hang up. that way no one could get in front of you before you get to talk to her.
if you dont have a cell phone then buy one from her

She might be embarassed that she works there. You could just walk up to her when she's not busy, say 'Hi, my name is (Japanese suicide). I noticed you a few days ago and finally got the courage to ask you to get a cup of coffee with me. What do you think?"
If she says no, just yell out, "You want WHAT!?!? This is a FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT!! NO!"
If she says yes, ask her to buy.
