i say loosten his brake calipers from the car and cut his ebrake lines. i know from experience all u hear is clink clink ono the highway and wam wam wam no more calipers no more brake pressure. with no ebrake theres no way to stop from careening into trees or ****.
Good idea! And the scorching flame the car becomes will get rid of any evidence! Like fingerprints!

Take karate lessons.
Why? so you can waste all that money and still stand a damn good chance at getting your *** beat? Take Gracie Jiu-Jitsu or Kung Fu San Soo. Arts that deal with the science of dealing pain efficiently

But how many times can you do it? Do you come all the way down?

That doesn't mean crap and leg press is easy as hell to do. I can put up 650 ten times in sets of 3, oooohhhh i must be really strong!! No, i'm still not as fast as people with less leg strentgh than me. Running is about form and a bunch of other stuff, sure lifting helps but so much is actual training and natural ability.
To me doing one rep isn't enough. In order to to be satiesfied and serisouly accept a weight is to do at least 5 consistent reps. So with that said, I can leg press 1K at least 5 times.
