That doesn't mean crap and leg press is easy as hell to do. I can put up 650 ten times in sets of 3, oooohhhh i must be really strong!! No, i'm still not as fast as people with less leg strentgh than me. Running is about form and a bunch of other stuff, sure lifting helps but so much is actual training and natural ability.

To me doing one rep isn't enough. In order to to be satiesfied and serisouly accept a weight is to do at least 5 consistent reps. So with that said, I can leg press 1K at least 5 times.
