Even though its not until November, IM so freakin happy im going to Hawaii!! 10 days, our own private condo on the beach, I can hardly wait! If I lived there, I could just leave the top down permently on the car

 

Just watch out for lava and tidal waves. :eh:

 

Man 10 days will be great!!! I know how it goes we are in the middle of booking 9 days in Mexico (damn airfare is out of site, but I have a free ticket). Starting to get the feever just pricing the stuff out!

 

damn, yo. I wished i had more vacation time. i want to go to PR so bad. And Hawaii has been in my mind for about 3 yrs.

Do you mind me asking whats this gonna cost u?



My problem with Hawaii is that I refuse to pay twice as much just to go over a little water to go to another state, than what I paid to go halfway across the world. It just doesnt seem right/fair to me.

Going to stay in a condo on the beach, so we will cook in, so many people who have gone tell me how expensive it is to eat out, so it wont cost as much for us, and we will still go out to dinner a few times. Its 2 couples in a 2 bedroom condo, with 2 baths, livingroom,diningroom,kitchen,washer, dryer,dishwasher,terrace that overlooks the ocean compleate with BBQ, and a pool. Its actually cheaper then a hotel being as its owned by a mom+pop couple and they care very much about return customers. Housekeeping still comes everyday as well. I estimate about $3000 or so with airfare, which is a big part of it, I havent been on vacation in 2 years, and the last time I went was to Alaska. I get 2 weeks paid from work, and I just took a one day side job that will pay for half the trip. This is our last hooraa being as Im saving for a house, and after a house next year, there will be no Hawaii for quite some time after that!
