ive seen first hand how they are. ben(viper1308) who is in iraq had leaky turbos and his car was in the shop for at least 6 months. if that was an fc and the problem wasnt easy to fix you could just part it out or sell it and buy another one. they are just a lot more disposable.

Should of done the work himself. Don't blame slow shitty shops on his car being down for 6 months over some leaky turbos.

well the shop was gotham racing, which seems to be one of the best shops in the country. the job was slowed a little by a warranty company who wouldnt pay, but not that much.
how many fd owners have actually not had their car down for at least 3 months at one point or another?

Thats not the first time I've heard it taking forever and a day to do a job there. I know they do good, maybe just understaffed compared to the work coming in. And again, can't blame the FD for a warranty company.

OH and in the 5 years i've owned FD's, I've only had my car down once for 3 months and that was because we rebuild the motor, sent the parts out to be ported, did a haltech install, and a single turbo conversion at our leisure.
