my philosophy has always been, "it is not my job to keep you and your girl faithful to each other, if I can hit on her, and she responds, then there is obviously something wrong with your relationship" however, if this was a good friend of mine, I would step back out of respect for him, I mean, it isn't like I can't get *** from someone if I wanted it.

If you are a loyal friend, let it go at that. Plenty of girls in the world. I could never be with a girl that a friend of mine was with, no matter how long after, your still sticking it in the same place and it seems dis-loyal to me anyhow.

Anyway, if she's taken, and she's making passes at you, and even infront of him.. that's wrong. IMO, I wouldn't even try to "date" her, let alone a "private" one. That's just betraying your own friend.
That, and if she can't be trusted by your best friend while she's dating him, and hitting on you, how the hell can you trust her if you two ever date?
Well, that's just thoughts in my mind, that I'd see where that relationship will follow EVEN if she says she likes you more than him, or whatever the case may be.
