g35's are awesome cars, but the rx8 has more "charm" if i must say. My friends rsx type s beats both and is 8K cheaper (it has cai, cams and ecu reflash).

 

Off topic, but there is no FE3S. The RX-8's chassis code is SE3P. Mazda knew it wasn't a continuation of the Seven line-up so they didn't continue the F_3S naming series.
