The stickers can be arranged from anything - Rice or not rice.
The other thing I don't approve of that IS on the car, and makes it look like **** is this:
Now.. that's just wrong. esp. putting it on the back of your window. WTF was this person on? Crack?
I mean.. if you call "stickers" rice, then the rx7s like in the IT7 races are riced, for their stickers on their cars. For instance:
It doesn't show all of the stickers resembling the car, the sponsers, the business, etc, but it isn't rice. I've seen it in person, as it's my brother's friend.
Or like this...
Like on my car - it has the obbnmotorworks.com decal banner. If that's rice.. well I dunno what to tell you. The first gen above - gsl-se - is my brother's.
Anyways, I'm not saying his car isn't ugly(the 3rd gen), some of the things he put on there is ugly. But to degrade him because what he has done to the car, or because there are "stickers" on it, doesn't necessarily mean he's riced out the car. It could be meant for something...

If you have a Honda with stickers all over it and flames and
all that, that ==== RICE!
If you have a RACE CAR! With stickers flames and all that
stuff, its COOL!
A car with air bags and T-88 is just RICE!!!
Stickers arent rice, is the total look of the car..

eh, I have seen worse, much much worse, but I am not sure about the air bags, since I am a handling freak, but like I say with everything, if someone put the time, and money into a car to do it RIGHT, that is not a half *** job, then I give it the :bigthumg: rice is when someone does something half *** to a car that was never intended to be modified, *cough* old civics *cough*
