That's an easy one...pull out a map of the midwest. Draw a 5-hour driving circle around any midwest city. Indy is the most centralized for everyone.
Plus, if we can rent the track where the NHRA holds it's national event each year, even better...
Also, I knew in Indy you can go downtown at night, and I found a great partner there to help out!
Umm...that is pretty much all the reasons...
Now, about that flyby video I've heard reported being seen on the event DVD... heheheh
