Well after the move it took them 2 weeks to get all my phone and DSL stuff back, and that's why I haven't been here....Got everything moved in and organized, had a tornado come over the trailer the 2nd day we were in (it was hopping, thank god, it missed us and our whole town completely, first tornado i have seen), had a monitor die and resurrect itself (after I went and bought a 600$ LCD HDTV/monitor combo).....BLEH!

IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!!!

Alright since I've already wasted space with my whining above, I have a question for you ppl..

bought a Zenith 15" LCD HDTV/Monitor combo to replace my (supposedly) "broken" monitor, I was gonna pay 26.76$ a week for 56 weeks.....I can afford it, but that leaves less spending money throughout the month..

I can get get a 37" TV, brand new, s-video, component, etc. and get it for 12.00$ a week and get rid of the LCD....

I was really dissapointed in the LCD TV, but I've only used the video in on it so far for my PS2, does component or S-Video really make that much of a difference? It seems real pixelated also..is this a common trait in LCD's? The colors seem a bit washed out, I tried using S-video with the comp (couldn't find a double ended vid cable for my card) and it was HORRIBLE, could barely read what it said onscreen and such (though it's a miracle it booted up and displayed considering there was NO monitor connected, just the monitor on s-vid...), So what I'm really trying to do is talk myself into getting rid of it....It'd be nice to have sumthing new and it takes up little room, but the sacrifice in picture is hardly worth it......Bleh...

Just tried to play GT3 on it and MAN it looks grainy and semi-blurry, new TV definitely..
