that raping babies picture is from south africa if i'm not mistaken.
there have been a number of cases where adult men have been raping babies because the government stated that you are less likely to contract HIV from a virgin.
that photo is from a protest, I think in the case that spurred those protests it was a 20's male and some teen that raped like a 2 year old or some ****. I'll try find the link, I think the baby actually survived but had to go through surgery.
south africa is fucked, seriously fucked, HIV is destroying them. Far more serious of a problem going on there than in iraq, thats for sure, but bush has his priorities straight you know.
