As you all know I make great efforts in keeping all of the items in the store the best quality available and in this case I feel I fell a bit short. It was my first time ordering such an item and I felt that the cost somehow dictated the quality, apparently it did not. Even though I paid a bit more for the lanyards they don't seem to be holding up as well as I would have anticipated. The cost on those was $2.18, I could prolly have spend $.99 cents and got the same quality... lesson learned. They were indeed decieving as they appeared to be of good quality it just seems that printing was not.

Anyhow, I don't have the bankroll to do refunds, so I'd like to make it up to you with a shot glass as replacement, if you ordered one and had issues with it, or for that matter didn't please PM me with the name the order was placed under and I will send you a shot glass... the shot glasses I can assure you are of great quality, lol we put them to the test at Rotary Revolution.

I hope that makes it right and I apologize for delivering a low quality product.

Thanks always for your support!

Whoa, takes a BIG *** man to do something like this. And just to see what you were talking about, I took my lenyard and tried rubbing off the lettering with my thumb and it came off. It sucks that those ******* let an inferior product out on the market, but I'm not stressing it, the shot glasses ARE OF AMAZING quality. LOL
