yeah that was my exact thought actually. honestly when i moved up here the idea was to just get a bike but the roads just arent setup that well to do that. I've looked at the suzuki dual purpose options as well havent made a decision yet on which way to really go. I'll wait to decide until im at the dealer.

Don't get one of those stupid dual sports, they aren't useful for anything on or offroad.

I rode to work on my bicycle for the first time today. It wasn't bad at all. I brought a change of clothes, a small towel (no shower here at work), shoes, and speed stick and cologne. It took me about 30 minutes to completely cool down and stop sweating, but I don't smell, and I get to look cool with my bike sitting in front of my desk.
It wasn't exactly a thrifty bike, but it should pay for itself over time with gas savings and the increased health benefits. |
