The FD auto is really really bad.

And when i mean really bad, I mean horrible. Do some searching on the subject man, i would NEVER buy an auto FD.

Yep. Hold out on a 5 speed. You can get a pretty decent manual for $13.5.

a RX-7 is the type of car you buy to drive, to be in contact with the

car and the road. Its not like its a practical or a comfortable car.

Its best enjoyed with a manual. Its also faster with one, if and when

you mod the car the automatic will only take so much, there isnt

alot out there to make the auto stronger besides putting another

type of auto in there like a powerglide or some **** like that.

There was someone on the board with a auto who was having a custom

made torque converter, not sure of his progress, try doing a search

trust me there are plenty of FDs out there, dont get all anxious and

buy the first one you drive. the drivers seat looks pretty shot if you ask me.

you will regret the auto in the long run.

not that there is anything wrong with an auto, but they aren't half as much fun, and after driving it for a while, you are going to regret it... manual is way more enjoyable, and what i consider "much more of a true sports car"
