For example: you cannot have the windows tinted, they can't see that the interior is complete(need the sterring wheel to drive it) , if the windows are down or not rolled up all the way they think there are no windows or they are broke, for a truck (any truck) there must be mud flaps, the paint don't have to match but all body pannles must be straight and the body lines must line up (EA: whare the fender meats the hood), no liscence plate can't be displayed on the vehicle (including dealer plates), in pa they changed the rule for the angle of the pix to be taken. useto be 45 degre angle, now it's 90 degre angle that burned me once. It's stupid stuff like that you must read into (AND NO GLARE IN THE PIX!!!!!!!)
