I have a customer with an MS Access db and front end. It was built for them some time ago, the guy who developed it disappeared and I'm having some issues with it. I'm an Oracle/MySQL guy and rather than learn it, I'd like to hire someone for $40 an hour under the table who can make this **** happen. I need someone who really knows what they are doing, no dicking around.



It's split into a front end and back end. It's fine with one user, it's slow as **** when a second user connects. It's not a network issue, its definitely the something to with access or the front end design. Worked fine for a while, now it doesn't. It either got too big or has some issues.
