and have you noticed that when you download from someone who uses kazaalite it says kazaalite user instead of their real username?
No, thats because when they installed it they were lazy and used the provided username instead of making one.

I enjoy using linux and freebsd, the control you have over your system out of the box is very nice. It's also a great environment for learning computing and just being more productive with your computer.

However, these solutions are not good for anyone who wants to use their computer primarily for playing games bought off store shelves or pirated.

my coworkers who use windows say don't use ie, don't use kazaa, don't use aol, all that ****... I don't know much about it though because I don't touch that software.

if you need alternatives to ie, mozilla and firebird are good (mmm, tabbed browsing) opera is ok too.

Excuse the language, I'm on the edge.
ok, how about "completely remove everything from kazaa"

cause chances are if you uninstalled kazaa, it still has **** all over your hard drive.

oh and if you use kazaa lite, chance are you didnt buy the only official version, nistead you downloaded it "for free" form somewhere right?

well for free = we added our own spyware to the spyware free version of kazaa.

welcome to the internet, where you either **** or get fucked.

theres no way you have to pay for official k-lite. I dont think there is even a official k-lite.

All the k-lite sites were shut down by the owners of normal kazaa or the sites have switched to other sharing clients. Hell they even made google not show certain sites because they featured k-lite.

Get Norton Internet Security 04... Firewall and Anti-Virus. Firewall can block the Gator client from communicating with the internet, and block pop ups from web-sites.

The two together are a good team.

If you want a GREAT firewall without the pop up blockers... Sygate makes a great firewall.
