Real estate! Agent, attorney, inspector, whatever. Do one of any. Agent's get the most bling for the least work IMO.
I make $10/hr + benefits as an assistant, about to close on some of my OWN deals however...and when they DO close I'll post a thread about how much it is..but lets just say its more than the avg price for an FD!

damn dude.... only problem, im only 18 and still in high school.

If you live in or near Minneapolis, you can go work for Sauer Danfoss building electronic controls. One of my friends just transferred up to there and he started at $12/hr. I started my job last April 29 at $10/hr and I'm already making $12+ with a shitload of benefits.

I work at a call center.
Job requirements: 16 years old+, Can read and write, know what a computer is, and like stupid rule changes often.
I make 10.50 an hour, for 1.5 hours a day. Then I make 11.55 an hour for 4.5 hours, then 2 hours at 11.76. Weekends, I make 12.08/hr. Holidays I make anywhere from 31.50 to 33 dollars an hour.
All this plus commission. As a technical support rep. Easy work.
Call centers are everywhere. Its like gay sex; try it, you might like it.
