I Might Have Some Big Problems
#1
I havent really talked much of this but about a month ago i hurt my right hand really bad to the point where i cant lift anything over 5 pounds with it. What happened was a 1 inch spike from a bracelet(im sure some one on here knows what i mean. there normally black leather wih a row of spikes on them) rammed between the bones running to my fingers. Well its hurt for a month now as i stated earlier without getting better or worse. I waited for weeks hoping it would heal but so far nothing. Thursday im going to get an x-ray of my hand to see if its a broken bone. The way this will work is either i have a broke bone which will heal eventually a torn tendement( i think thats right) which could heal or some of the nerves were damaged which will never heal. Unfortantly im tinking this is a problem with nerves which means my hand will probably never be right again. Not a good thing for me considering im going to be a mechanic. I cant even work on my own car right now how the hell can i work on someone elses? But anyway i guess ill have to start looking into some other job just incase im right and it is nerves screwed up in my hand. Sad part of this story is i have my brother to thank for this considering hes the one that did this to my hand.

Yeah, if you messed up the metacarpals in your hand it could take time to heal. But if it is a tendon, when it heals they can give it rehabilitation and it can do wonders. There is still a chance dont' give up!!!!

I have no nerves on the inside of my left pointer finger, it doesn't make the finger useless, just no feeling. There are two nerves in the finger, one on each side. Like I say severing that nerve will jsut make you loose feeling, do you have feeling in the finger? My guess would be something is broken, and at this point already re-healed, so they will re-break it, set it and you'll be good as new. Anyhow, if it's the nerve it isn't that big of a deal. I could have had surgury to repair the nerve, but it would have been more trouble then it's worth, plus now I can stick needles through my finger and **** LOL

I hope it all heals ok. I would go to the doctor though, x-rays sound like a good idea. I broke the bone running to my ring finger on my right hand playing football in high school. I never had it checked out until like 4 months after it happened and now my hand is a bit messed up but not bad. Is your hand super swollen? If it is than it probably is fractured or something.
