I have a 16' 11" Valco Westcoaster with a 28 hp motor and aft helm. We'll prolly buy something in the 25 foot range give or take when the money is available. Just gotta send the wife out to work and pay for it LOL

sailing just isn't my thing. i'm to active. I can ski like its instinct to me, and i love to fish, so i'll stick with those two. and a boat doesn't have to be built to ski behind it. we ski behind my grandparents 26' catamaran. but thats only if we don't have my buddies 19' ski only boat. that thing is bad-***. its got a 350ci chevy motor in it, and if you throttle too hard it will jerk the rope out of the skiers hands.

Yea I am pretty much the opposite, never been into waterskiing or jetski's. For one the fish mock me when I am on the water and do not attempt to drag them to the boat and 2 I've found it very hard to hold my beer while trying to ski.

It's true...

Ford Focus = Mazda 3

The only non-rotary engine im interested in mazda sells is the Miller Cycle V6 in the Millenia-S. That is one sweet piece of engineering...and unique...even more so than the rotary id imagine.
The platform is new and the Mazda 3 is the first car released using it. The new focus and volvo s40 or something will use it too. The engines in the 3 are mazda though. The 3 apparently handles better than the 3rd gen protege so I don't see the problem even if ford was apart of it. 3 companies pooling their resources means we get a better car for cheaper.. which is why the 3 is the same price as the old protege but 10x the car... and locally (ontario) the 3 is outselling the civic.
