Which ship were you on? Its a pretty good show, cept for the over top whiney drama now and then.. Sig seems to be a real dude, I think some of the captains put it on a bit thick for the camera's though. I'd like to try that sometime, but I can't swim and I am to old.

Our boat is the North American. Big, red, fast and efficient. It is TV, so yes, lots of stuff is hammed up with extra cheese. I work with a lot of the guys on the business end as well.

According to occupational injuries and deaths, it stands as the deadliest on the water. Also, the Bering Sea, being one of the most shallow seas in the world, has horrendous weather patterns and some of the largest constant waves recorded. It gets pretty nasty out there - its not exactly like you're out in a big deep ocean. Think about it like you're in a bath tub and someone starts moving their arm back and forth in the water really fast. :-o

The pre-orders go until September 13th - after that the book will be out. If you add, 'Nopistons foo!' into the comments when you buy it, I'll knock off shipping!

Thanks man! Sorry for the delay on it, the press has been slow due to the amount of black ink needed for the book. It took a lot longer to dry than we thought. But its done now and the books will be sent out either friday or saturday at the latest. They should be at the warehouse tomorrow morning or hopefully later tonight.

The tax thing, I blame paypal! I have been trying to set it up to do internet tax sales for each state, since the government decided they would tax out of state internet sales.

But paypal seems to only want to do WA tax. So I just refunded all the shipping/tax amount back to ya!
